I just want to know why is drahazar only the kaigi when i was here before him

I want to be on this site, hell I even got told to come on for unactivity but when I come back.. Theres no one ever on, all my new jutsus and stuff are unaccepted or even looked at.

Minor villages have been added under Iwagakure. At the moment they serve no other purpose than as somewhere to RP.

Though, in the future they may serve a higher purpose.

This is a tournement for kage or kage level shinobi (Kaigi,Taisho,Kage). Unlike past tournemants this one is not elimination style and the prize is 6 extra knowledge points that goes to the winner.

The rules are as follows
1) No Valdeo Valrogue modding
2) matches take place in the minor villages to prevent advantages
3) 60 word minimum posts.

If you need your rank banner changed post here...tell what rank and give a link to your completed Char creation.

This can also be done for Name Changes.

Please pay attention to this. I have made an announcement that Konoha is closed to further entrants due to the fact that it has 5 nin while other villages have few members.

The plan is that when each village has 5 members RPing will begin and any member joining after said date is to be made a Genin.

This is a notice. Any member that has completed their character creation but does not yet have their Jutsus and Equipment may begin RPing.

HOWEVER you will not be RPing with what you are requesting for those two categories. You will be RPing as a normal person/shinobi.

Strength - How strong your character is.
Speed - How quickly you can move, and how easily you can dodge attacks.
Intelect - How easily your character can determine where they are, if they are in genjutsus, ect.

Oni is going to be treated just as a regular village Just As Otogakure no Sato so if you wish to be a criminal just post in your char creation topic and i will change it. the only difference between oto and oni is the fact oni is lead by a triumvirate.
