Chakra Sensor
(Requires Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge lvl 2)
-->Lvl 1: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones.
-->Lvl 2: Allows the shinobi to sense chakras at higher range and also sense multiple chakras at once (maximun 5)
-->Lvl 3: Allows the shibobi to sense multiple chakras and determine their location.
--> Master Lvl: Allows the shinobi to sense types of chakra, like Jinchuuriki and Cursed Seal and determine their position
