The Rules that must be followed

This is a list or whatever u wanna call it of rules that you must follow to be allowed to stay on this site.

1. Any profanity that is not accompanied with a reason behind it will be punishable by ban.

2. All names must at least sound Japanese...that means no bob, ripper, killer or larry.

3. If you are creating or obtaining a Jutsu you can only get a maximum of 2 per month. all created jutsu must be accompanied with a brief description as to how you learned it on your own. (at least 100 words)

4. The three day mod kill rule for actual RPing will take effect in the TA...whichever person does not post will not be awarded JP.

5. Moderation positions will be appointed as necessary, don't ask to become one or you will never be one.

6. Any Kage that steps down will be allowed to keep all 5 of his/her skills.
